Natasha Awan

Natasha has been appointed as a new Audit & Business Services Manager to strengthen the firm’s audit skills. Natasha has both the AAT and ACA qualifications, becoming fully qualified in 2005, and has a wealth of experience in working with SME’s, particularly owner managed businesses. Having trained with an independent firm within the East Midlands Natasha then spent four years in the role of Audit Manager within one of the top 10 accountancy firms. Natasha said “I’m looking forward to a new challenge and pride myself on being a rounded business advisor and not just a typical accountant. I have worked with many owner managed businesses, some very entrepreneurial, and also some larger blue chip organisations and I see this experience being invaluable with the Ashgates client base”.

Lisa Lee

Lisa has been with Ashgates for 11 years and has both the AAT and ACCA qualifications, becoming qualified in 2007. For the last year Lisa has been performing in a supervisor role and has now been promoted to manager based on her success at this level. Lisa’s main experience is dealing with small owner managed businesses. Lisa also manages the delivery of Sage products, training and implementation for clients who are starting out or growing and upgrading their systems. Lisa said “It is great to see my role developing and it feels like a natural progression having carried out much of the role last year. We have a great team of staff in the Audit & Business Services department and the firm has a genuine focus on client service, providing joined up thinking in all accounting and tax matters.”
