Their objective is simply to help you to better define your requirements and identify any other assistance or information that you may require.

Details of your specific requirements are passed to our local office in the location of your choice. The local office will then seek to identify those properties and developments that most exactly match your requirements and budget.

When you visit the area, you will be met by our local staff and they will accompany you to view the developments selected. Each evening, they will review with you the properties viewed and whether the selection is meeting your criteria or if your requirements have changed as a result of the viewings. This feedback is then used to modify viewing visits for the subsequent day.

When you find your property of choice, our local staff will assist you with your dealings with the vendor and introduce you to appropriately qualified independent professional advisers such as lawyers, surveyors etc who are experienced in property investment.

Interlink are remunerated by the vendor but have no financial involvement or investment in vendors. The arrangements with vendors ensure that the price paid by you will be the same whether you were to approach vendors directly or via Interlink.

You have no financial commitment or obligations to us, for this reason while we are happy to make travel arrangements and bookings on your behalf, (often at discounted prices), and to do all we can to make your viewing visit a success, all travel and hotel costs are your responsibility.
