packages we are ideally placed to advise and train our clients on the most appropriate package
to meet their needs.
Whether it is Sage Instant or one of
the Line 50 products, we will recommend and install the package
that most closely matches your requirements and budget.
From the initial enquiry we provide
a professionally tailored approach for each client,
ensuring a smooth transfer from an existing package
or manual system and a clean start for new businesses.
For larger installations we are able
to provide a comprehensive timetable, incorporating
the initial software installation and configuration,
initial and further training and the important follow
up visits to ensure all is running well. In most cases
this is done for a fee that is agreed in advance,
and the cost of the actual software is often lower
then at high street prices due to the discounts we
receive from Sage.
In addition to the Sage accounts products
we have experience of installing and incorporating
Sage Job Costing. This is a package which links in
to Line 50 and allows costs and revenue to be posted
to specific contracts/jobs, allowing even greater
analysis of how a client's business is performing.
Once
these packages are installed and the client's staff
has been trained we are often retained to produce
periodic management accounts and analyse how the business
is performing.
For clients who use Sage properly
it is a relatively simple task and very cost effective!!
