Three Peaks Challenge 2018 |
In our attempt to raise money for our Charity of the year, SV2, several members of the Ashgates team will be attempting to push themselves to the very limit by taking on the Three Peaks Challenge.
This challenge involves climbing three of the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within a 24 hour period and will prove to be a gruelling task. Training is underway as the Ashgates team attempt to get themselves fit and ready for this exciting challenge. The challenge starts on the morning of the 18th August in Scotland at Ben Nevis, which at, 4,409 ft is the tallest of the three. From there the team will drive south into the Lake District where they climb Scafell Pike 3,209 ft. Then the final climb will take us to the Welsh mountain, Snowdon, standing at 3,560 ft.
